Going Local

Spring is in the air and I am looking forward to this year’s farmers market more than ever. While I am waiting, I’ve been doing research on other local available fresh foods in Indiana. I found this great resource on Going Local.
I’ll suggest Thistle Byre Farm if you go to the Farmer’s Market downtown on Saturdays. They’re certified organic farmers and have produce, eggs and meat. The meat is pricey, but it is really good.
